Originally, Dairy Farm was the center of collecting and delivering raw milk to the plants. Later on, most of the factories terminated the deal of buying milk from Dairy Farm caused by cheaper milk price imported from oversea. Dairy Farm had turned itself to be own dairy product plant named “The Ban Mhi Local dairy product Co.,Ltd .”
With initial business, the pasteurized milk products had been delivered to the schools in Lop Buri province and then Dairy Farm expanded to do the direct sale which was effective and became more well-known among the customers due to the products were tasty, high quality nutrition from the fresh milk.
The first dairy shop named “Milk Club” has been established at downtown of Lop Buri, and again it received very positive feedback from the customers. Accordingly, Dairy Farm put itself to the event OTOP which was very attractive to both the clients and a number of investors. Dairy Farm carried on the business into the franchise investment in order to effectively response to the market demand.
The Dairy Farm franchise has rapidly expanded in a couple years with its high quality products and standardized franchise system. Currently, Dairy Farm has more than 200 branches in Bangkok as well as in upcountry. The head branch is situated in Muang Thong Thani, Nontha Buri Province. All in all, Dairy Farm has proved the success of its franchise business by the company milestone of achievement.
