 According to Dairy Farm intend to offer very warm and friendly service to our customers. We aim that the franchise management person must be suited with our business; therefore the training program will be arranged to the new-comers.
Training course part 1 – in house training at the company site
In this part, a 7- day intensive training course will be arranged at the Dairy Farm site and provided to the franchise owner and 3 of staffs with estimated 6 weeks prior to the opening. The course consists of management, marketing, sales and other important things.
Training course part 2 – on site training at the franchise shop
The on-site training will be arranged at the opening of franchise lasting about 7 days. Subsequently, there will be refreshment courses which will be held 3 times annually, 1 day for once. This course is free of charge except the accommodation, travel expense and personal expense.
